i registered mine online last thursday...was suppose to be next month due to full appointment date...but lucky me TM called me and said got earlier slot...so they are coming today just nice 1 week

Oh ya...anyone paid extra for the wiring? coz the TM guys when called me say might need pay extra if the cable not long enough to connect from the telephone pole to the house...anyone can share their experience during installation?

IC...so RM60 is for extra cabling...coz if extend all 3 cables also need extend
so if my house nearby telephone pole not near enough...jialat lo

Am super satisfied with the UNIFI VIP 5 which was just installed yesterday...speed is wow..compared to Snailmyx 1MB which i was using previously
so the difference is definitely HUGE! no complains but in awe for now la haha...

Just a heads up about installation, most likely you will get the out sourced contractors..but do beware as the one i got tried to RIP me off by stating my house need extra 5M of wiring and they charge RM 50/meter that will make it RM250 i argued back stating if wasn't so expensive..and true enough thank goodness for this forum which educates newbies like me...i went into UNIFI website opened their standard charges and it is stated RM50/5meter!! so much difference...in the end i paid him RM70 la...for the extra wiring and some extra for his good and polite service....since he waited for me almost 1 hour

>>Extra question...anybody tried opening Youtube via their VoIP / tv box? i open it and all i get is black screen and then it hangs just like that...the contractor said i need to call TM to find out the problem...
