I just got my UNIFI installed and face EXACTLY the same issues as jamesme135. I am on VIP20, and the download speed I get (quite consistently, too) is between 30Mbps and 95Mbps. Harldy anything I'd call HSBB!
I can even get this same speed on my 1MB Streamyx, which I had to give up.
Any router settings which might help?
(Reported this to TM, they changed the router, citing that it could be linked to Router problem, did a speed test and it showed 20Mbps. They went away and I continued downloading - same problem!)
Even surfing the net has some lag - about 4-5 secs for page refresh.
Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.
