Hi. just installed unifi this afternoon. downloaded some stuff at excellent speed. then gatal wanted to change the default ssid & password. now kaput, no internet access. tried changing back to default password - still out. the globe signal on the wireless router is orange colour. pls help.

didn't do anything else. used the same pwd also. still cannot use. how la? called unifi, they'll send the technician tomorrow afternoon.
Added on October 15, 2011, 10:52 pmmaybe when i created new ssid & pwd, got some other default settings which i need to change?
Added on October 15, 2011, 10:54 pmmust on hypp tv ka? i switched it off & plugged it out.

TM technician didn't call but their call center made a courtesy call saying they'll call again the soonest to make an appointment. aiyah!!! bad start with unifi. 1. will they terminate my existing streamyx next business day as the unifi was done on a sat? 2. can ask for rebate for the no service days (now 2nd day already)? 3. how reliable is the technician appointments (1/2/3/5/7 days later)? 4. anything else i can try to troubleshoot?

My prob solved on its own. Came back home with the internet working fine. The 'earth' led is blinking green. I'm a Unifi user now.
