Mutiara Damansara UNIFI reporting in. Recent slow-down and spikes in nearby area. TTDI included. Any ideas you guys?

Guess, we're not alone in this. Maintenance around the area maybe? Annoying to me too. Frequent disconnection while streaming Q_Q

I understand about the slowdown. But the disconnect every 5 minutes problem due to international cable fault? Doesn't make sense.
