Is unifi@tm.com.my their official email address? I send an email few weeks ago regarding bringing forward the installation date but they have yet to reply me.

Since there is current promotion to waive one month's bill and free activation, what is there to expect for the first month's bill? Thanks.

Unifi is installing at my home tomorrow. They mentioned something about first 15m wiring free. How about charges for those that exceed these numbers? Who do I pay to - the contractor or wait for the first bill?

My Biz 5 days I get an online hosting solution with customized domain name. What does that mean and where do I register myself? I already have BIZ 5 installed.
