torrent wise, iptv, internet connections very good it can handle global connections as my previous linksys.. since im comparing with my previous router, here's the negative comment from me:

-cant reset ip/ppp.. have to restart router.. still tinkering the shell..
-certain services(http,ftp) used by the router is always on, even to public, so you have to set password securely..

several tm technician came by to check my phone(not related), they saw the tplink router and they didnt say anything, which is good..

still playing around with the open source firmware.. 

btw, dir615 having lots of drop connections(even via lan) even with no torrent, so i just take it out and will only use as backup..

Well .. Fren NO BIG DEAL ..... unifi or no unifi ...Malaysia still as "CORRUPT " as B4 ..1  Malaysian...

what is the point showing the WORLD what we had reach ..( world class broadband infarstruture ) ..  after years of completion .. TM could not even get it to  the end user  residing in Kuala Lumpur .....!!!

Reason  is Bcos ... $$$$ didahulukan ... ( another way of asking us to pelahan pelahan tungu looh... )

after they come to my house and i asked them to give me the fiber optic cable and i mount the cable for them and they just do the configuration & fiber optic termination only.. coz TM installer is damm slow... until i can't stand there and wait for them....installation takes 2 hours....

my configuration of the system is Fiber Optic Termination Unit---D-Link DIR-615 (Unifi)---1)Prolink WNR-1008 Gigabit Router 2)STB on port4

no choice due to i need gigabit speed and i don want to keep my IPTV in my store due to i don have astro and good antenna on my HDTV... so have to use 2 router and the D-Link as bridge for IPTV and my NDS wifi which is set on WEP mode... the prolink gigabit router is for the PC and laptop...

halo there , can I authorise my housemate to monitor the installation? need to go outstation and not able to be at home . thanks for any reply here =)

our dir615 can use as repeater. Use the 3rd party firmware. I tested using DD-wrt.

I was wondering what's your speedtest result using the DLink router? you're on FTTH or VDSL?

@.@ wtfu? still same result as yesterday.. the connection is back to normal for 3-5minutes after i restart the router.. then it slows down again

is it the router? or bad connection? or TM already implement bandcap??

can i ask...i house got 2 floor~and i unifi phone at 2nd floor~how can i connect to 1st floor phone with same line??

so far is there anybody successfully flash the DIR 615 G2 to DD WRT???
