Free one month subscription with online registration , is it really free?

Does unifi have a number that does not use 1300 since it is charged?

Thank you

Damn, I wish they had UniFi in Pontian. :/
You guys probably would say "where's Pontian?!?!"
It's the most southern tip in South East Asia/SEA.

hi..

i just wonder... for all the users who use custom firmware with tp link 841.. did you guys experience any slow loading of your youtube/anime video (10 mins video, not the the shorter one) ..

i m using those tp link with huawei hg655a(Vdsl).. at first i thought it is a normal things.. but when my brother change back to old tm router.. the loading is much faster and almost instance..

however when we used it for shorter video length.. it loads normal.. don't know whether it is just a coincidence or what.. we have been experimenting couple of times for different videos at different time (peak and non peak).. and i must say there is a pattern.. at least 90% of the time..it just don't load.. change back to tm router.. it loads instantly..

appreciate any feedback.

haha... "Order".

Erm... Cap is not implemented yet.
Modem not big issue for most of us. Router (Residential Gateway) that matters. Either DIR615/TM RND router. Both got very very weak wifi signal.

I would like to thank klseet and rizvanrp for their amazing unifi website help! rclxms.gif To new unifi subscribers, please take the time to read their websites before asking any questions here. Most of the FAQ has already been answered in their website.

Their websites can be found here. unifi.athena.my and www.klseet.com

My current set up is an Alcatel Lucent BTU (which I think is better than Huawei tongue.gif) and TP Link router TL-WR841N V7.2 (which I bought in Digital Mall PJ at Aoneplus for RM80). Using klseet's website, I managed to flash and set up my router with ease in less than 20 minutes. The instructions were clear and simple. Been using the TP-Link for 2 days, IPTV and internet is working flawlessly. Router has not overheat or required a reboot. Wireless connection on the TP-Link is amazing. Gives me a Excellent connection in my room (1st floor) while router at living room (ground floor). D-Link's DIR-615 could only give me Fair connection at best. Worst still, I experience high ping and multiple connection drops with the D-Link. I was so frustrated I called TM hotline multiple times and finally gave up. I decided to change my router. The rest, they say, is History. For RM 80, all I can say is that I am freaking amazed by TP-Link qualities. thumbup.gif

As for the TP-Link settings, I realised I experience better wireless connection with Channel 11, Mode 11bg instead of Channel 6, Mode 11 bgn. I find this odd but it doesn't matter as long as I have better speed. tongue.gif

Anyhow, the following are my results with Channel 11, Mode 11 bg. Location: Setia Alam thumbup.gif
