anyone know any technician can provide unifi service on the spot once i register? need an internet connection urgently..

You must go step-by-step based on TM policy, no short-cut. The best is reduce the waiting time only.

Hi. just installed unifi this afternoon. downloaded some stuff at excellent speed. then gatal wanted to change the default ssid & password. now kaput, no internet access. tried changing back to default password - still out. the globe signal on the wireless router is orange colour. pls help.

It take how long for the technician come and setup for u after registration? Do u try to call unifi helpline?

Shouldn't be a problem changing those thing. What else has you did?

need to key in the rite pwd from unifi on ur router....u can find the pwd from ur unifi email..

didn't do anything else. used the same pwd also. still cannot use. how la? called unifi, they'll send the technician tomorrow afternoon.

Hypptv not important. You create a new SSID or modified the original one? I only modify, never tried to create. ~~

couldn't find the option to modify but only create new one.

Hmm... I'm not at KL now, don't know how to navigate through those interface. Shall wait for someone else to answer. But... You can modify, not necessarily create new one.

I think hardly find 7.1 at lowyat. Only seen 7.2 from most of the shops.
