Seriously man that excuse is old and obsolete. Money is there it's just that he doesn't want to spend. When he did he spend it more on potentials that will either fail or succeed.

We didn't bang a couple of goals when we have 11 players didn't we?

Of course because Arsene will bring more profits + monies for them at the cost of the on-field performance/trophy and general happiness of fans.

The reason Fabregas go is because ambition as clearly as you guys see from his transfer dealing he only want young ripe boys. Does that show ambition? Hell no it's just hoping for successful future which never yet come.

Just because Squillachi is old doesn't mean he's experienced. Why don't you list Silvestre too as he's experienced according to you. How many mistakes have Squillachi made that cost us?How many have we conceded last season? Does Squillachi improve the team? Ok Vermaelen,Nasri,Arshavin,Hleb and Eduardo is good buy but did he build on that? No, instead he put some weak players to play with those signings.

For goalkeeper position we are settled now with no Almunia and Szcesny as our goalie. Just have to cross fingers that he will be fit all season. Miquel is what? 18? Is he ready yet? I don't think so thus we need reinforcements at the back as clearly we don't have enough able bodies when the season drag on.

And that's just his signings. What about his excuses? What about his tactics? Can't even win Carling Cup, choke on February-April seasons after seasons and much more. Did he try to improve on that? Nope instead just hope for the best by playing kids and giving excuses when we lost. Even our top 4 spot which is his only ambition (and not challenging for title) are in danger now.

Ok so maybe I worded that one wrong but my point still stands. Is he as good as he was 7 years ago? Maybe he's already past it by looking at his performance last season. That's what you get when you buy based on price not on quality anymore.

Wenger is only successful during his first 8 years. Then what? The second 8 years as you can see we only have 1 trophy to show off. If you include those pre-season trophies surely you're deluded as it doesn't mean anything. But hey even we can't win the worthless cup this season right?

Added on August 21, 2011, 10:27 pmYea right just reward underachieving players with more money just like Bendtner and those youth players. And we wonder why they are not motivated to play. That's why our wage bill is quite huge even though we don't have that much star players to pay to. Then people said we have no money because of the stadium even though we sold all the houses in our former ground. Might as well stay at Highbury if Emirates is such a money-sink. Hey we can't even fill our new shiny stadium with people now so what's the use. No one want to watch kiddie tippy-tappy football that is just frustrating to watch.
