I must say i'm slightly dissapointed with the departure of Cesc. I expected him to stay at Arsenal for a long long time and break the record of the most appearance. Having said that, i think he's always had Barca in his heart and with Arsenal underperforming year after year, it is only right that he goes back to Barca and even more when they're so keen to have him back.

But frankly, loyalty in football does not exist anymore. It would be hard to find another Alan Shearer, Paul Scholes or Ryan Giggs. Players are always chasing after their personal goals rather than the honour to play for their club. All those badge kissing after scoring a goal, it means nothing and i lost count the number of badge kissers who then leaves a club.

As for Cesc, he gave his all for Arsenal and unfortunately we won nuts this few years. I must say he's being professional all this while, never really bad mouthing Arsenal or discussing his future in public apart from the small hints. Yes i'm slightly dissapointed but at the same time he still has some nice words to say about Arsene Wenger.

Moving on, i must say Cesc is NOT irreplaceable. Nasri(if he stays) would easily replace Cesc, Ramsey needs a couple of game if not a season at most to fill in the gap. Wilshere will only develop into a better player albeit a different type of player. Only thing is that Wilshere needs to work on his finishing skills.

I'm glad that the saga is over and life goes on while we should concentrate on the new season and finds ways to strengthen the squad. No player is bigger than the club.
