Mata to Chelsea is a WADEFAK?!?!?! story. Heavily linked to Arsenal a few months back, suddenly he ended up there instead.
2 games no goal, Arsenal is in desperate need of a playmaker. Ayam sad. |

if Wenger leaves, then Arsenal will be fighting at the bottom 4.
I believe Wenger won't walk away. He will stay to fight for the club he had built 15 years ago. Lets concentrate on Udinese first, then we see who will be joining Arsenal. |

It says that Arsenal cannot compete with other clubs to sign players because of the wage structure.Come on la... You think a player of his calibre got no other club approach? You think his agent never do his homework? I'm sure Mata's agents have been sniffing around and Chelsea in the past have always used Arsenal's scouting network to make their signings (case in point, Cech and Essien). By comparison surely Chelsea must have given him a bumper offer of some sort. Add to the fact that the UK tax structure for high income bracket is 50%, you have a situation where most clubs offer skyrocketing salary in order to compete with other leagues. It says that Arsenal cannot compete with other clubs to sign players because of the wage structure. in mata's case, arsenal can easily sign him for around 22m (i heard it can be as low as 17m?) before his buyout clause expired..and valencia cant do anything to stop him from leavingCome on la... QUOTE(joeroxworld @ Aug 22 2011, 02:55 PM) Bcos they have most of the star player. Inilah masalah lalang Malaysian fans...I like to see them play too since most of my fav player is there. If no star or quality player coming in, we doooommmmmmm. 15 years ago, suddenly a lot of Blackburn fans. Then after that Newcastle fans naik. Then Chelsea fans beribu-ribu... And now Man City. Stick to one team la. If kids learning about football and chose Man City as their first club, then I have no issue because when we were kids and first chose our team, we chose only among the top 4 also... But kamon la... Grown a$$ man change allegiance like change underwear. Memalukan. But agree of course, we need quality signings soon. |

AW had a chance to sign Mata before 1july (for 18Millions), but he missed the chance (maybe thinking to get him at dirt cheap price)!
Valencia is $hit and big liar club. 1 min ago, they claimed Mata is not available for sale, but the next sec, Mata already agreed the deal with chelsea. beside LB, CM (or play maker), we need a decent RW as well. Im pretty sad to see Walcott is not good enough (in the other words, same standard like before, nothing improved). He always has no idea what to do with the ball under his feet. |
