actually I did that and the flashing has started already as you can see from logs from 10%...100%, just that after flashing is completed, it failed to communicate with device and the phone keep stuck with black nokia logo flashing few times before it died...I had tried also to disconnect device, press power until it vibrate twice and reconnect device at this stage, no help:(

@basara2020 -thx for the procedure, yes it's identical one as i used before. and  yes, usb connection has been deleted, dead phone flash was checked.

The problem now is the phone is not able to boot up after finish flashing, the white nokia logo in dark background got flash a few times during "Waiting for communication response", after 25sec timeout it reported failed. Base on the video, it should not show "nokia logo"but should be the "..."on the screen during Belle startup...hmm, what has really gone wrong?

Can you guys share what is the Anna FW and Prod code used before flashing to Belle? Do you think it's a good idea to flash to the same Anna FW you guys had(i hope this will work with Phoenix but not yet tried), then flash to Belle again? I am suspecting it could be due to the thai Anna FW I am having...

eh if flash dead phone mode no need scan product if i not mistaken.

just select your phone product by manual.
delete all anna firmware in list.
select belle firmware 4 files.
select refurbish ( and not connect your phone yet ).

after popup asking press power button 8 sec or more ( 3 time vibration )
and connect back click ok.

wait until finish.. 2~3minutes only not like flash pr1.1 take 10minutes maybe.

Linking N8 to computer by USB cable. I tried to copy & paste a 5G files to the N8 but it can't. Any pointers?

You mean N8's has FAT32? That means I can not transfer HD movies to the phone for watching while on the road?

Don't know how to cut. I guess got another thing to learn.......I thought these modern gadget is to make life easier.

I'd suggest you try to take it in your garden, in the day time? More contrast and make him stand out more =)

Too complicating interface for normal use, drains battery too

yes, as some of the mods are not cenrep mods like the 6 HS and EQ mods... those need high capability which i'm not sure can be sign or not... u might try with ur luck... 

just make sure u're not selecting the mods that been include within the cfw, if not it might not work properly... 

hehehe... FYI the KS Improvement is the BEST mods for Anna...

i can only install the ui and ks mode..  
others will give update error..

anyone tried install the mods in Belle? is it working?

im using the mod in the cfs fast desire 4.0.. i didnt install the camera update  from betalabs as it made the camera functioning.. shutter key, from menu also cannot launch the camera.. but if did not install the camera update, the mod is installing fine..   

The photos snap by Symbian belle is kinda disappointing to me like the quality reduce. Prefer it on PR1.2 or Anna
