take out sim card and try again

quite confirm is sim card prob. have to go ur telco service centre to change sim card. duno why oni n8 does this. quite a few ppl kena edi. even me.

u try ur sim card in other phones.. if it make other phone cannot startup oso then go digi centre change simcard.

manual flashing come with risk... flash on your OWN RISK!!!

btw, once u know how to do it by following proper instructions then u're done...

if ur N8 get the official FOTA Anna update then go for it... it's confirmed better then all previous PR1.1 or PR1.2...

yes, u should download and install it accordingly... Anna are good (of coz not like Belle the belacan )

Except downgrading Nope. I notice several problem with the camera in belle.

1) In certain light condition when you focus its bright then a second later it become dark

2) If object too near it unable to focus end up result photo is blur.

3) Very bad at low lighting places

Anna? What Anna? Once you tried Belle, you will not want to go back... even the Beta works better, smooth; It makes Symbian users alive again (brings back the fun?), wants to meddle with the phone again, but there's a lot of Android and Maemo touches here and there.
Just too bad it came very late... wait, let me re-phrase, it's not yet available officially; But it's definitely something good that should be made available soon (Android owners may not be happy with the many similarities), and they should allow global firmware to be used (unless there is specific country regulations (e.g. FM Transmitter disable).

Anyway, Belle seems like a good improvement for Symbian; Honestly, I don't find much from Anna actually, but Belle there's quite drastic changes.

That said, do it at your own risk, or wait for the official update.
