how to know if my N8 is the first gen with defective mobo 1?

tonight I am planning to upgrade to Symbian Anna officially via Ovi~

any tips/pointer? my n8 is just a week old~

guys, I have just completed upgrading to anna via nokia ovi... my problem is why the display is not using the screen fully? now it is a bit smaller and have black frame around it~ anyway to adjust the screen resolution or sumthg like dat?

problem solved after installing official anna updates for n8 from nokia. Maybe it was me who wasn't patient enough~ huhuhu~

btw, that picture was taken using 600D and long exposure of 1 minute~ notice that the starry effect is all over the place, not so clean, where got nice picture? if n8 camera have the ability to manually set the shutter speed, taking that kind of picture should be achievable~

upgraded OS to symbian anna last night! even with broadband connection, the whole process took about 1 hour~ but it is worth the wait~ I would wait for official belle update although the unofficial ones seems tempting to me as I am using this phone for work and I cant afford to let the phone becoming brick~

u r talking about anna or belle? if anna, official update has been released already at Nokia Malaysia~
