my N8 running 013.016.. have try several time to download anna using nsw.. do received any msg shown have anna to download.. any idea why? thanks

i called up nokia care, was told my phone 059d2n8 yet to have anna update. Sad.

guys,

i just install Anna, noted a function called Communicator? what is this for and how the set the user name, cwa server url and network connection..
