I guess each of us has gone through the same route as you, so dun feel too bad about it, ya . Life is all about learning and it'll only stops when we are lying down on a coffin. Your manager must be one of a kind soul who treats his/her surbodinates quite well.

Be sure to learn from the mistakes that you had done during the past and expell them from your mind, otherwise you are going to screw up your future......I had been there, done that.

I do one exercise only and which is also my profession too. Do from morning till night....can say almost non-stop geh. Sibeh "high" ooh
