but the rubber plantation is already going into 20 years old(well, was using this as a bargain point).
need to replant 'em in stages.

lolz...being an owner and a rubber tapper is 2 different world. i could not even stand the mosquito attack during an inspection
round. done with 3 stick of mosquito repellent
btw, we have our own 'moscow moment' last week. by the time, we're already leading chelsea.

if only i have the moneh.. lol.. just started work, long way to go.. need to learn investment liao..

its the price! a kilo of grade 1 is close to 8 bucks per kilo. even the rubber scrap cost around 2.50 bucks here.

yr charisma comes from your confidence.. once you have it, u will for sure, attract some attention.. things like tarak $$$, tarak balls can be overcome.. put some effort.. don't rush for a date now when u r not ready.. take it easy, make out yr life plans, study or work, do it nicely.. when your character builds up, it will attract girls for sure.

if u forever no confident, then u forever arone.. Remember, its not what the face that attracts female all the time, sometimes its yr personality, yr charisma..

i'm not saying that look is not important, as long as u dress smart, look smart, tidy hair and clothing.. there's no excuse u say yrself face phailed.. everyone has their chance when time comes.. when u do not desire it most, it might appear.. good luck man..
