For me i prefer choose developer properties from SIME DARBY or SUNWAY GROUP..

their job in doing a residential development is very high quality..because they are included in Genting Group & YTL Group investment group

Their reputation are the best among other developer that able to get helps from the main bank financial sources and government privilege mah

Where got food place with no people?..If no people went there for eat sure the food not nice at that place, haimai?

Sometimes i also go eat at Manjalara near that AMBANk there,,ok also..many people..

Me today at house..clear some quotation order..arrange financial account end of year...prepare project presentation

Make order from pizza hut delivery with chicken wing add on..yumm!

While doing work..play some movie from bluerays dvd player...all ghost and horror massacre movie..huhu ~

Hahha..this is my holiday/public holiday activity...sure damn fun to get lazy like pig a bit at house

Later when getting bored,..heading to Jusco,kepong buy big pack of sushi and lepaking(hang-out) alone at Manjalara Oldtown cafeguan looo...with my samsung tablet...relax and cuci mata watch lenglui come and go at kopitiam...
