tried it, deleted it after 1hr of gameplay. Its no where near Pokemon no doubt the visual and animation is stunning but as an early days pokemon player, i would say its crap,  its lack of stories, monster choice and worst of all, we need to use IAP to get stronger monster.

why certain app cant be found in appstore? =_=

okay to help all those who are lazy to read the last few pages

1. use iPhones browser (in my case i use safari, didn't download other browsers) to visit http://m.freemyapps.com/

2. sign up with them, meaning when they ask you to share your device ID, you click yes/share/allow (i forgot what the options were )
    don't worry, it's safe, it's not going to load a virus on your phone or share this info with other ppl...at least they haven't yet, if they do i'm sorry
    hahahaha

3. download their free sponsored apps, run them for at least 30 seconds

4. go back to that page http://m.freemyapps.com/ and check that you have received the credits due for the app you ran, some can be 150, some 75,   
    some 100 etc etc.

5. you can delete the app you ran once you've confirmed your credit UNLESS you find the app useful and want to keep it yourself, it's free! =D
    some of the apps i've kept myself because they do seem useful to me

6. collect your credits and redeem your choice of paid apps, again through the same site i've linked twice and now 3 times http://m.freemyapps.com/

7. ENJOY your paid apps for FREE! 

NB:
a. you need a US iTunes account
b. if you can't download the paid apps through your phone, use your computers iTunes account, it works too
    - either redownload the paid app, even though it says to pay, when you click it, iTunes will tell you that you have bought the app and can re-dl again
    - go to your US iTunes account details page on iTunes, and above your information there should be a sign 'X number of apps can be downloaded' click
