To TS. Half of the thread are epic android fanboys. Reading on pages of post, I find only seaedges post proves to be true and trustworthy.

Bottom line, best on surfing? Galaxy. Best on apps? Ipad2. Ergonomics? Galaxy. Intuitive interface? iPad2, least learning curve. Support & service? Ipad2, spec? Galaxy.

If you wish to have the best spec and not going to withhold the device for a longtime, pick galaxy. Else iPad.

My pick would be HP touch. I still think web os is still solid as there are some sites like hulu renders well under web os as compare to android.

If set your mind on galaxy tab. Just go ahead and buy it.

Haha..but for me even free a galaxy tab I also will take and sell it for iPad 2 ,fall in love with APPLE stuffs

apple = brand
gtab = functions

which is typical.

I for one would do the opposite.
not that I'm in love with Samsung or anything, but the iPad is just limited compared to Tab.

I love the Galaxy Tab but I hate it each time when people see it and ask me, "is that an iPad?".

They give me a feel that I am carrying a China tablet.

nowadays got a lots of CHEAP PLUG china android table in market... all dirt cheap...below 500 can get...

why would I compare with a tab 10.1? From my first post here, i told TS that galaxy tab is smaller and able to make calls is the advantage over iPad 2. If i am talking about tab 10.1 and iPad 2, my explanation would be different. take a little time to read the first few page before making a comment, as it helps to stick with the topic.

P/s: i know the spec of tab 10.1 btw. And i would prefer Asus transformer over tab 10.1 for personal preference.

some of us here are talking about Tab 10.1 in the first place, like the one you quoted in your post.
hence why he rated" Galaxy Tab" has the better spec compared to iPad 2.

the topic is Galaxy Tab vs iPad 2, TS could be referring to the 7" Tab,
but she could also be ignorant of the Tab 10.1, hence why she's asking "Galaxy Tab" instead of Tab 10.1.
plus, unless she specifically say that its the 7" she's referring to, why would you compare a year old tablet with iPad2 anyway? =/

ahh... got it. i was thinking of Galaxy Tab from the start. never thought of putting 10.1 in the comparison anyway. after all, old Tab is still having some advantages..
