was driving in Sepang and got stopped by JPJ. dint realize my roadtax already dead for a month. they say can no longer compund, have to go straight to sepang court
anyone here knows the process? how much have to pay for this? |

Normaly u have to pay RM300, in case procceed to court explain to them and ask for discount.

if not how to go to court check u got summon under what rule go court, admit salah, tell magistrate u are darn sorry then pay the fine |

no roadtax = saman will be expired roadtax + no insurance.. last time is max penalty 3k each, then in court you can ask for discount.. depends on the judge, make sure bring enough money.. lastly settle for someone else for RM350-450(i forgot) for both, have to be pity face and polite when asking for discount.. if not enough money,can choose go to jail to cover RM50/day..

my friend car also has roadtax expired and got stopped by police.
the police just give summon for expired roadtax + no insurance.. the next day go to counter to pay, the fine was rm600 (rm300 for expired roadtax & rm300 for no insurance)..but lucky just got to paid rm300 after got discount (just fined on expired roadtax)... but in your case was stopped by jpj...  |

they've nothing to do is it? why cannot just go JPJ pay summon and settle the issue?
they think malaysian all too free no need cari makan. |
