No worry. only one tenant going to default. I will buy more if price going lower than 0.90.. no fear. it happens every time..tenant moving out. Can find new tenant. but if got fire then will be bad....all sorts of problems.

If sunreit goes lower, buy more. They bog putra hotel at dirt cheap price. After renovations, sure untung manyak-manyak...

There's lots of 'sell' on sunreits..What happen? might buy more if go down to 1.20. looks like some people dont like the RM200million upgrade of the newly acquired mall cum hotel

SunREIT gets P1(s) rating from RAM......................... proposed up to RM1.6bil nominal value commercial papers programme (CP programme).
is sunreits borrowing so much money? good or bad thing as far as reits holder is concern? shud i sell? i go abt 50lots you know...
