Hi, anyone had experience before on requesting replacement of dividend cheque?

recently, i request for Atrium because i didn't receive one of their quarter dividend. then, they send me a letter ask me to pay RM25 for the replacement fee...

last year, i did the same for Hektar too but they didn't ask me for a single cent, summore they help me bank in into my account.

Hi, what is the next dividend REIT after Arreit? If i sell my Arreit during *X, do i still entitle for that dividend?

i have 2 times of lost cheque issue before, from Hektar and Atrium.
first case is Hektar, i request for replacement, and they re-issue new cheque for me without any charge and procedural. i receive a new cheque after 1-2 weeks . after that follow by Atrium (very bad luck), after request for replacement, they send me letter of indemnity and ask for RM15 for replacement fee, i have to pay, sign and send back the letter to them... until now still have no news about the new cheques yet very sad and don't understand why Atrium still don't go for e-dividend

i think you can wait for 1-2 weeks more, if you still not getting the cheque, then just send them an email and ask for replacement.

luckily i sapu some stareit when the time the price only 0.91... waiting for their next dividend...yahooo
