sry for some noob question... what is Period,DPU (sen),Price (RM),Yield (%) and NAV (RM)? and if a asset is a diversified means it can be anythings? and when buy or sell is like buying stock only pay the brokeage fees only?but i see some blog mention about tax what is that?  and IPO what is that?
