Btw, one can consider CMMT too for a longer term play. Though the yield not so attractive, but their portfolio assets are pretty interesting and there will be more to come. what you guys think?..invest in REITS and get Income ranging from 5 to 7% or buying an Apartment or Condo and collect rental income?...of cause Apartment or Condo you may have Bad tenant but you get to Leverage using bank loans to get a higher return let's say about 5 to 7% also....which part of it may have to be paid as Bank instalment...
