IGB Reit offering price RM1.25
Which means Kasset will not go > RM9.00
Currently at RM8.60, we have less than 5% premium in between.

@wongmunkeong
Yes boss, at RM9, Kasset is breakeven aka RM1.25 (RM9000 - RM2430) / 5240 Share = RM1.2538 === Current price is RM9.16, also equal to IGB REIT at RM1.284 Only 1 reason that I can think of why people still go after Kasset even it is > RM9 now :- You buy Kasset now, you'll get IGB Reit share for sure, rather than playing tikam on IPO day. |

LOL at wongmunkeong being called lazy
As gskow said, - IGb reits listed on 19.9 - Capital repayment of RM2.43 per share will be returned to Kasset shareholder (estimated by March 2013, or earlier) - Kasset delisted |

The disposal of Kayangan Depot should be able to add in extra 1.3c DPU for shareholders.

QUOTE(river.sand @ Aug 23 2012, 04:54 PM) Axis REIT Income Distribution Reinvestment Options Am holding too little for re-investing, not enough to buy 100 shares also AXREIT issues interim income distribution of 4.40 sen per unit, but gives us the options of re-investing part of it (2.20 or 1.10) to buy new units. The new units are issued at RM2.68 each. Guys, what do you think So, nay. |
