Long-term growth drivers are intact with strong contribution from ATC2, leading us to lift our target price to RM3.35 (but beta adjusted to 0.6 from 0.5). FY12 forecast distribution per unit is raised to 19.4 sen after including management fees payable in units (estimated to be 15% of management fees) and disposal gain on Kayangan Depot. Really mou? If really happen, then I will miss my AXREIT a lot lo By the way, the DY already dropped to 5.xx% and the PE already almost 14%, still want to chiong meh? |
