i just noticed this thread and come to pay a visit, From what i experienced, all protein bottles are sealed , as this is in accordance to GMP practice. if the manufacturer doesnt even bother to seal the bottle, forget it , they dont worth your money.

and talking bout the cover, i got 2 of my dymatize elite whey from my supplier and guess what, the cover can be easily taken out and i tot it might be replaced or sth, and tada.luckily there's a seal on top..phew..

Sometimes we retailer would know what has gone wrong to the stock. I dont deny it might be a greedy act of the retailer or might be even the wholesaler. God knows.

I notice that TS is complaining about pha88 selling fake supplement.FYI he is back in business claiming that he is the partner and the missing guy is still missing.

Anybody planning to troll pha88 sales thread about and ask him about his so called lost partner and also his could be fake supplement.I notice that his thread was closed a while ago by admin or mod and now suddenly reopen and back in business.I hope no one get cheated by him now since I see alot of people are asking about supplement from him.Not only peoples health and safety is at stake but also reputation of other good online supplement sellers.

btw, there's alot great seller outside too and some provide great services

Dangerous customers like me lab test products from whichever online supplement seller I buy from at random and woe betide anyone I catch selling fake stuff since I have friends who work in labs.

bro, try taking some of the famous product n lab test.. @@ u might get a shock of the lab analysis.. haha! especially in composition like once happened in PF products. Heavy metal contamination and stuff, damn i kinda scared to test new products.

if there is indeed heavy metal contamination in the protein as you said, i don't think it's the fault of the supplier here as the contamination is very likely to happen during manufacturing. nothing much we can do but to trust the brand.

Yup, that is why, i was wondering if he really wanna do a test check , XD can add in some heavy metal test..LOL!
regarding the importer, i am just giving a wild guess.=) as they might can import in from big wholesaler in usa as long they have the $$ .

[Not flaming/accusing, just want to ask & inquire]

just got 4 boxes of scivation whey 10lbs from a forumer in lowyat here,

sad thing is the boxes sealing is different from those selling in shop..
his one just plain celotape sealing on the box, the one selling at shop has got original sticker on the box (no cello-tape)

and the worst part is, the packet inside is re-seable (not those that u need to cut the top layer of the packet, then only can open and re-seal)
the powder packet is exactly same as ori (those from shop) it can be freely open and close without needing to cut the top layer of the packet.

the only problem worrying me is since it is easy to open and reseal the packet, the cello-tape sealing on the box itself made me paranoid. the only thing that can protect tampering is the sealing of the BOX.
already called and inquire the seller, and he told me it is due to different packaging batches. dont know how true is that though.

anyone can help shed light on the scivation packaging? not to accuse the seller or anything, just want to inquire anyone here facing these sort of packaging before (especially scivation whey)

I'm not gonna assume and make accusations yet BUT I strongly suggest you email Scivation itself and ask directly. Thank you for having the courage to bring this up. All of us appreciate it. Do keep us posted on this. I am very, very curious.
