i totally love combatex's tutorial vids...
the way he explain his logic and decision making was jz stella...
at times u wonder why he pull off some cheese but then he explain how it forces his opponent to react the way he wants them do and make the best out of it...
then again, most of ur opponents are nt as smart as his opponent so their reaction might nt be as his opponent...

4 gate PvZ? i R skeptical...
6 gate +1 all in? i think some of the gold zergs already knw the burrow timing well enuff to hold this >.<

here's my guide: -
PvP: 4gate
PvZ: 2 base turtle with robo VR
PvT: 3 gate VR allin

where do u find combatex's tutorial?

4 gate vs zerg is possible, but u have to do more than that before ur warp research is completed
1)pressure with 2-3 zealots (with chrono) if the zerg goes hatch 1st
2)pressure with 1 zealot and 1 stalker (chrono) otherwise (require more micro, snipe a queen with the stalker would help a lot)
these 2 tactics would probably make the zerg overproducing attack unit and low in economy, so when u follow up with a 4 gate, that would put the zerg in a very uncomfortable position which he has used to no pressure before a normal 4 gate would hit him. u would wanna stop pressuring when the zergling speed has completed, strongly advised to use this if close spawn

other than that, feint a 3-gate sentries expand and throw down the 4th gate, cancel the nexus at the last second, this can even work against even a code s player in the gsl

4 gate is the most stable and usable build in all 3 matchups...
if u wanna start, start with a 4gate...
as u said it urself, it isnt as steep as other protoss builds to learn n pickup 4 gate...

it doesnt require much scouting and it will hold off any possible attack from the opponent till 7-8min...
u cant expect a new player to play macro right off the bat when everytime he expands he die to a timing attack...
or when he tech, he lacks army (1 base colo any1? lol)...

once u get comfortable using defensive 4 gate (u can expand into anything), u will started to do offensive/ pressure 4 gate...
slowly u will cut down the number of gates if u are expanding (2-3 gate FE) or teching (immortals etc)...
as u do so, u start to scout ur opponent better and gained a better idea of timings...
