i play pool, but not pro-ly, only averagee

its above the honda showroom... opposite ampang puteri... charges also quite cheap la 10 per hour 8 if u a student... tables there are nice also... quite new the place

Is that in 1 Utama? man those table are quite lousy...The cue ball is oversized! Tried a bank shot and the cue ball bunced out of the table

My fav pool tables are in Royal Selangor Club Dataran Merdeka. Too bad only members can enter or else i make meeting for all of us there. It's where i train my pool oso. And best of all, it's FREE for us members of the club

rubbish....so many world champs in snooker can't perform well in pool...like steve davis..even ronnie o sullivan is trying out pool...can check out if he can play it...

not as good as you la...i'm sure someone like you when ask ppl this sort of question surely you might think that u're damn hell of a player but the fact is surprisingly opposite...btw boy,better don't play....later you lose surely fight one...that is when i wont hesitate to shove the cue down your @$$....

I agree that snooker players might find it not so easy to switch to pool. First, the pool and snooker table is different in size. This may affect the way the players judge the direction of the ball. Secondly, the size of the ball is different. This might cause the ball to come in contact at a different angle.

I don't blame david tamiya for his statement because, as an amatuer, I too think the same way sometimes because snooker helps a person a lot in pocketing a ball since the hole is smaller and bank shots is much harder. When I play, I usually can't manage to run a rack till the 9-ball...1 or 2 ball already stop. In that way, it makes me feel that it is better for me to be better at pocketing balls than positioning of the cue ball, which in reality, is not.

Just my humble 2 cents. 

no offence david tamiya,peace.btw,its true that once u master snooker,pool is easy up to a certain extent like potting balls whereelse positioning is not guaranteed to be great if u are a expert snooker player cos the way of cueing is totally different in snooker and pool.but however,ppl who are good in pool will not be good in their first game of snooker cos snooker is far much demanding than pool.basically,snooker players can play pool easily while pool players are not necessarily good in snooker in their first try.but from what i see,those who play snooker or pool,surely they play both of the disciplines.

play at asia cafe on saturdays from 9am-6pm...30% of all fees...ok ppl,how bout this sunday afternoon?we play some friendly games....forget bout the tournament,no one really interested.
