Just a quick question.if the wife has hired a lawyer and the husband refuse to divorce or even attend...what punishment the court has to offer???

Are you sure if the "she" earns more and the "he" can get alimony from her? Well, I don't think so unless the "he" is OKU or has mental illness.

Nah its actually more than that. The woman just has to ask for custody & it will usually be given, no questions asked. Father only gets custody in cases where woman dissapears, actually refuses custody or is in prison etc etc

Hmm what if I buy a house under my name and buy another house under my name and her name, so how would decision will be made on who get what?

Can agreement be reached like, I take one and she take one?

This states that both need to stay in malaysia. What happens if one is not a Malaysian resident and does not have any other family in Malaysia and wants to leave to go back to country of birth? What happens if there are children involved and it is not a mutual divorce?

Well, its always men who proposes, seduces and forces a women into marriage. Hence take responsibility already.

If you know how to chase, then know how to take responsibility.

By law, after a divorce, both sides must be able to maintain a lifestyle before divorce. Hence, money must be divided such that both sides maintains it.

If you are not ready for responsibility, stay single for life. simple.

If one of the girl get physical abused by her husband until sent into hospital. She had done police report and currently not staying together with her husband any more. Can she filed for divorced within 2 years and currently has lost contact with the husband. Thanks
