What kind of application form that we need to fill for this BT to BT application?

This is my plan, but I not too sure whether it works or not.

I'm going to BT from Maybank to CIMB for 6 months 0%.

After the application is successful, then I transfer CIMB BT back to Maybank 12 months 0%.

Is it possible? Will this action affect my CRISS report? Kindly advise
