how long it take to do maybank BT ?

Would like to ask if let say i am credit card holder principal and my dad is my supplementary
My credit card outstanding is RM 1.5 K and my dad credit card outstanding is RM 3.5 K.

If possible to do Balance transfer together with my dad outstanding ( RM 5K) to CIMB bank . Or they only accept principal ?

What number should i call to check whether my BT form already been received by Maybank?

I fax to MBB

Last Monday, i faxed my BT form to Maybank.

Call their CS on wednesday, and they said not yet receive . Faxed again on Thurs
Call their CS on Friday and they told me to check 1 week later

How can i confirm wthether MBB already receive my BT form.

Normally, how long they take to approve BT ?

Anyone experience this before ?

Would like to ask wthether possible to BT from maybankcard amex to public bank (0% for 6 mth)
as AMEx card only consists of 13 digits

i noticed the T&C also wrong for the below

" For each approved application under the 6 months to 12 months plans, a Balance Transfer
account ('BT Account') bearing serial number 5887 3000 xxxx xxxx will be allocated to you and
jointly combined with your existing Principal Visa/MasterCard/American Express accounts. The
existing credit limit for your Principal Visa/MasterCard/American Express account will be shared
with this BT Account and all other supplementary cards issued. This is NOT a credit limit increase.
This BT Account will be used to post balance transferred from other Card Issuer. No physical
