The Cash Treats Interest at 8.88% per annum may be determined and/or subject to change from time to time by MBB at it's sole and absolute discretion Thanks for the info clarification. I'll take note of that for HLB and CIMB. Anyone here conducted BT with CIMB before? Thank you.

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 2 2011, 11:35 PM) This CIMB BT program is getting addictive... every month can put CC payments into FD to earn some interest (should consider mini cash-backs) - very efficient in processing - can pay minimum 5% each month until full balance payment on the 6th Statement - found a very good use for my first CC (>10 years), else would have canned it. I dont really get what you mean Bro.ronnie. I am about to apply BT with CIMB CC that i've got last week. Any special promo at this point of time?

I have conducted the BT from HLB to CIMB and the amount of BT had already appeared when I logged in to my CIMBClicks account but then seems like HLB haven't received any payment yet.
How long normally does it take to settle it ? Any idea, guys ? ..

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 23 2011, 11:33 AM) Give it 1-2 days more... You have around 3-day grace period to settle after the Due Date. Meaning within this week, it will be settled ? Looking forward for that .. I wonder how come CIMB will reserve approx. RM400 - RM600 in my available credit limit when I just used only like half of the stated amount ?

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 29 2011, 12:55 PM) 5% minimum for the separated BT account they created for the BT amount. Noted on that. I am abit confused with the statement over the CIMBClicks. My scenario are as follow :- BT Amount :- RM3,900 Applied for 12 months tenure with 1% Charges, by default it should be a total of RM3,939 and divided into 12 months right ? Monthly commitment :- RM328.25 But how come its stated over there Minimum Payment :- RM195.00

QUOTE(dopp @ May 29 2011, 11:56 PM) Some trick here, 1% is not upfront 1%... It is reducing balance , based on your 1% of you outstanding amount Added on May 29, 2011, 11:57 pmCIMB kinda tricky here, you will have to pay min amount of your balance transfer... and the outstanding balance will be charged 1% per annum of reducing bal calculation. I dont really get what you mean,Bro. Does that means that after paying the minimum amount for about 12 months, the balance will be applied with 1% charges pa and then I will carry on with the payment for the remaining ? Added on May 30, 2011, 10:54 amQUOTE(pisang @ May 30 2011, 07:47 AM) yes, your CL will increase with the amount e.g. 5% you pay. but 5 % is not so much ler. hope this answer your question. Somehow I feel that even after making the payment to the BT / CC account - the process of revising the available credit limit really take some time compare to other banks.
