owning one credit card...n got outstanding round 3-4k...

for newly cardholders, is it possible to do BT even we not yet swipe/use the card yet? do they require a least transaction/purchase made on card before apply for BT??

lets say I have outstanding from cc A 3k, n apply BT from cimb and Maybank at the same time with same cc A outstanding 3k,...
is there any possibility that both my application for BT from cimb and mbb will be approved with same amount? cimb 3k and mbb 3k?... |
