I had a transaction last week of RM12k, it's already shown on my e-statement, but did not received the hard copy statement yet as the statement date is 6th every month. Can I print out the e-statement as applying for the BT as MBB offer going to end this month...

Just an update:

28/4 : Faxed in application for BT from OCBC to MBB
4/5 : Called CS and being informed that application approved and take 3 days to GIRO
6/5 : Probably will see it from statement

I BT from OCBC to MBB ... I received my OCBC statement and noticed that the amount has peen paid via GIRO ...

so by when I will see my maybank BT in my m2u?

I frustrated with MBB BT ..

Faxed on 19th Dec
Confirmed with their CS received the fax on 20th
Received a call 23rd stated they need an official statement. Re-fax again on 23rd.
Follow up on 27th, CS said no received the official statement. Re-fax again.
Follow up on 28th, CS said no received.

Everytime call need to repeat the same sentence .. and the time is running out, today is 28th.

I got my PBB approved. I submitted last Thursday afternoon, Monday got approved.
