Hi, is it possible for me to swipe a down payment for a car, lets say RM20k, then do BT to another bank... get 6-12mths 0% interest... then keep transfer to another bank when the dateline is near?

My main point is, if I would like to buy a kancil, instead of paying to the bank interest every month, why don't I swipe it with CC, then pay it off every month without any interest. Then when dateline is near, BT to another bank. This was the idea that running through my mind~

Not to accumulate more debts, but running away from interest

Enquired at the Maybank Branch @ Subang Airport about MBB 0% 12-month BT promo and was told that MBB has extended the promo. Then later at my office I called 1800-881801 to reconfirm but the CS denied that there is any extension. Shiok for a moment. Another imcompetent bank staff.

I'm going to BSN later during lunch at KL Sentral to ask about the BT thing as well as applying their cards. Anyone got any question they want to ask related to this?

Btw, I asked Ambank about the 0% BT i mentioned before and it's confirmed that it's only for existing Plat CC holder. :S

Maybank totally s**ks in term of cc bt, they don't have courtesy like cimb to give a call to customer if credit available is not enough. Plus you may only transfer 90% of available credit

You should ask them how much credit limit you left, and you can do the calculation by yourself
