Ipad open all apps in sleep mode

Anybody facing this problem b4? My ipad keeps opening ALL the apps automatically in sleep mode. The problem was quite persistant. I encountered this problem at OS4.3.1. I thought a firmware upgrade to 4.3.5 would fix it. Apparently not. It's draining my ipad battery. Any help??

U mean it auto open apps or running in the background, if background it shouldn't drain much battery at all.
