I have a problem here. hope someone can help me on this. i just flash my sgs to JVR, having a problem on messaging. when i delete a thread on messaging, all the message were deleted but the thread is still there in messaging. for example i delete a thread from mike, all the message were deleted but mike's thread a still there. the only changed fot that thread is the date, it changed to 1 jan 1970. can someone teach.me how to fix this, make the thread fully deleted from the messaging?

That was because you have previously restored your MMS.

If you only restore SMS, you won't have this problem. So it has nothing to do with Messaging, ROM or whatnot.
