In android market website unable to install the apps after login. is that it will like that? saw the samsung galaxy s icon but unable to click. why? anyone can advice...

Guys, i have a problem. i put my sim card into my galaxy tab 10.1 for surfing. then after about half hour. i change back to my galaxy s. seem all the software facing problem and force to close. i need to uninstall almost all some still need to check. anyone can tell what is going wrong?
