QUOTE(waveweaver @ Aug 10 2011, 06:28 AM) ~~sigh~~ Sometimes new user are scared to try new things especially when they came from different OS like Symbian and IOS. Somemore the cost of SGSII is expensive. That's why they will ask many question until they satisfied and sure which way or what is the right thing to do. Just saying :-) Yeah but they should read the first page IMO. I mean a lot of questions can be answered if they read the first page. example is the how can i get chinese letters to work. I've seen that a lot of times. heck if this thread had post counts, ill be in the 500+ already.haha. I bet a lot more people are willing to help if people researched first then ask questions if they don't know anything. Ouh well, /rant over. On another note,my battery seems a bit too long in my case with medium usage. I cant seem to get into a regular charge cycle that im comfortable with. But thats a good thing i guess.

ok.i plugged my hp into my lptp, enable usb storage, then close the usb storage option via the notification panel, usb scanning is underway then bam my hp all of a sudden went into the boot screen and booted it back up. is this normal? or does it have to do with the rescan media app i have?

QUOTE(nicregi @ Aug 11 2011, 07:18 PM) Never encounter that before...You could rescan QUOTE(benny888 @ Aug 11 2011, 07:19 PM) Abnormal Possibly due to you interfere with a process under running in background rescanning it using rescan does nothing. abnormal yes, but i can perfectly reproduce it every time i exit usb storage mode and when the media scan is happening. i guess i'll do some testing now and see what happens

well i disabled and enable media scan manually via rescan and the problem stopped by itself. so i guess it had something to do with the media scan interfering with something and making the phone reboot. ouh well, at least the problem is solved for now.

QUOTE(botakbin @ Aug 15 2011, 04:06 PM) hey guys. I've read the front page and sorry if my questions are asked before.. Cos I'm thinking of buying one tmr and i wanna know Wat possible problems are there? My fren said his speaker got problem and gps too.. How do i check and wat else should i take note? Yellow tint screen and pink spot in camera. But the yellow tint is subjective as some people might not notice it at all and the pink spot can be improved/fixed by firmware update. Some people might have auto-reboot problems but that depends on a lot of variables such as apps and all that. Other than that I have no fault on mine. Its the best phone i have ever had.
