Benny, if its motherboard issue will samsung give me a new unit or they will replace the motherboard?

get from digi or celcom la bro, no more monopoly d. now its your freedom to choose which telco to bundle, or take it naked without any commitment

benny , i'm using stock 2.3.4 rom now , buthen on the lock screen , when u wanna unlock , u move the screen to aside to unlock right .. but y ah , like very hard to unlock , is there any setting i can set ah ? or do they have those slide to unlock bar thing ?

and when i wanna wake my phone from sleep by pressing the home button , take 1-2 second only can wake the phone . is this normal ? compare to iphone, it's kinda sluggish !

Alternative setting/location security/setup screen lock, here you can set a pattern to unlock it
You can try widget locker a paid app. Try the trial version first
Mine wakeup is immediate. I did read few users complain it takes 1-2 secs. I have flash so many type of roms it is always immediate, so dont think is rom related

wat i can say is u r kinda sluggish and this issue had been discussed over and over, and now it is another dejavu again

for lockscreen u can try widgetlocker(get it from market, paid edition), or use the pattern locker

for the wake up delay, dat's the energy conservation method exynos using. u cant expect immediate fireworks for a processor that is in deep sleep mode(200mhz) directly fly into 1200mhz (normal clock frequency) without any delay or processing time. or u can, but expecting ur battery juice drop like hell and dun complain afterward

Your wakeup is immediate because your phone does not go into deep sleep mode. Which means battery drain is higher

download better battery stats from xda forums, then check it under wakelocks what is causing your phone to be awake

I'll like to have benny fast wake mode , sometimes wanna check see got sms or time need 1-2 sec kinda make me feel that the phone are slow
is there a way to not going to deep sleep more , i'll have a look at how may juice im sacrificing !

My 3g always on overnite as refresh newsfeed, tweets,email every 30-60 mins. I never switch off my phone it is always 25/8
Anyway those who unhappy with the lag waking up, seriously does that 1-2 secs that critical affecting your perception of phone performance

I have unrooted the phone already, so if i go to samsung fr warranty no issues right? What should i check cos im worried there might be traces that show i have rooted before?

Which samsung service centre is better if i wana try ask fr replacement if its motherboard issues, d pj one near avon or opposite berjaya times square?

And one more thing, should i try install stock rom again or straight go to samsung? Sorry fr so many questions, i really dont knw what to do...stressed to the core

watever u do, when they ask whether u rooted it or not, dun bluff. if they nvr ask, then dun expose urself la(of course). we wont know that is there any other traces for samsung technicians to noe whether the phone is rooted or not
