BTW, your app aren't supposed to be on your external card. Only pictures, music, videos and file or apk. Once you execute the apk, it will reside in you internal sd :-)

As long as you dont intend to keep much HD videos, a Class 4 or Class 6 should be okay. No need to buy the expensive Class 10 :-)

I think the case can be odered and replaced but dont think it will be covered by warranty as it's not manufacturing defect :-(

Better to have a newbies thread instead of modding thread. This thread can be keep clean when all the newbies went for the new thread to seek their answer ~~err, i hope~~

This maybe quite an hassle for your but you can try it first before you bring your phone back to service centre again.
1) transfer all your pictures, video and songs to your external sd card.
2) unmount / take out your sd card from yout phone.
3) Do a hard / factory rest to wipe all you data (you will lost all you apps)
4) Start your phone and try if you lag prioblems solve (dont put any app yet)
5) If still laging then bring it back to service centre.
6) If no lagging, then try download each app one at the time. Try your phone after installing each app. ( This way you can monitor which app is slowing your phone )
7) If still no lagging, only then you mount your sd card and try your phone again.
8) If only now your phone start to lag, that's mean either your pictures or video or songs inside ypur sd is corrupted or your sd itself id corrupted. It got nothing wrong with your phone. :-)

Then buy a sd card so you can transfer all your photos, videos and songs. I know some of it might be valuable to you :-)
And like Uncle Benny said, dont use any task killer apps. First app for you to download after hard reset is quadrant benchmark. I know it reading is not that accurate but atleast you'll know how your phone perfoms when it still in clean/ empty state.
Run your quadrant benchmark a few times. Your scores must atleast hit 3000. Anything lower means something wrong with your phone.

Why not you download quadrant benchmark now and see what is the scores.? If above 3K then nothing wrong with your phone. Your apps, videos, songs or photos maybe is the culprit

You see, there's nothing wrong.with you phone. Your lagging most probably due either your app, videos, photos or songs. Try to find which one is quite messy and leceh though :-P
BTW, try get a good anti virus app to check any corrupted files in your phone. I use dr.Web to do this. Quite a good app really though a little slow when doing scanning. It caught 3 videos, 7 picts and 2 songs that corrupted in my phone while doing its first scanning o_O

Yeah use small vaccum. Or if only one or two ants only then you can draw it out from your usb port. Get a small torchlight and point the light near the opening of your usd port. The light will draw the ants out. :-P
