Allow me to correct you few stuffs
Nexus S has better camera as a 5MP but not as so good as Arc because the colours seems wash out, only the video camera is that bad because it don't shoot 720p. IMO, the camera in my Nexus S takes better pictures than my Moto Atrix.
DO NOT TAKE NUMBER OF MEGAPIXELS TO JUDGE CAMERA PERFORMANCE.
Nexus S already tasted pure ICS, Arc still need to wait for Sony to layout their timescape UI before launch.
Screen wise, bigger screen higher battery consumption due to display time. (I'm not apple fan so don't think I'm using 3.5 inch phones, Nexus S user)
Processor wise, nothing to said because both are quite good somehow. Numbers isn't gonna show how fluid is the UI, an extra 400MHz doesn't give any difference when comes to multi-tasking/browsing and etc.
As for ICS, do you want pure google or timescape?
allow me to correct you on these stuffs .
Although megapixel didnt contribute the most in quality , the nexus s cam is still crap when compared with other phone .
and processor wise the 400Mhz will surely give more speed .
You may not agree with me but its the fact when 1Ghz < 1.4Ghz when both have the same cpu architecture and gpu .

well even got link2sd also can't move a lot apps
furthermore, store at internal storage is much faster than store in sdcard
yea i know arc s gonna get ICS update
nexus s got crappy ram ?? how come ? i tot it it has the same ram with arc s which is 512mb ?
Read properly before reply . You points are unrelated in this argument .
I will give you a few hints . Search google for link2sd and cam =/= ram
one is camera and the other one is random access memory .
