yup, all those under 1k "branded" phone cant support flash..
so far only x5 or mi410 can suggest below 800 ( which is ways better than 8xx ACe)
Neo is ok lor.. but below 1k can get ?

Brand: Samsung, HTC or SE

Budget: 1.5k and below

Specs: Android, huge screen size preferably 4 inches coz i normally read manga using my phone.

What I need in the phone:

Currently i'm using x10 n would like to change to a better phone with

-Good camera,
-Nice sound quality as i frequently listen to songs
-App friendly,
-Touch screen sensitive,
-No lag and long battery life,
-Video call function if possible,
-Nice screen colour if possible   
-Nice design that doesnt look cheapo.
