Hi guys.

1. Brand : HTC or Samsung
2. Budget: RM1000 (maximum) for NEW SET
3. Specs: I do not know. As long it takes great pictures / smooth / Camera with flash / Video call!
4. What you need in the phone : Video Calling Capabilities, Checking/Replying E-mail (very important to her)

She want a phone that have video calling capabilities so that she can video call with my mum. But my mum's using a normal phone. Samsung old phone I think, but it have the video calling capabilities.

I want to suggest android phone for her. But I didn't know whether android phone can do video calling with normal phone or not.

So sifu, any recommendation?

HTC Salsa is around RM900 and got video call function.
My concern is the video call function.

Does it work if my sister (using HTC Salsa) do video call with my mum (samsung phone/not android/normal phone)?
