Brand. HTC/Samsung/sony/other reliable brand 2. Budget. 1.2k(mayb can topup extra rm100) 3. Specs. 4. What you need in the phone -surfing internet,playing video,good gps n less problem.
please recommend me android that can fulfill this requirement..i'm no heavy gamer but mayb will install some games..

between incredible s,SGS n SE Arc,which one more recommended?for me,less problem,less laggy,good gps,can play at least avi video n easy to root is one should have in the phone..
