2. Budget.600-700 (a very low budget)
3. Specs.512-1gb ram,any as long as no lag,5MP,2.5-3.0"
4. What i need in the phone. Good camera,good speakers,wifi,long battery life,2.2-2.3 android,3.5mm jack ... for listening to music

guys... im stuck between these two phones.... galaxy mini and the SE W8
can i root both of them and install custom roms?
or is there other phones with a better camera within that price range|
