Should I get Neo V instead though?

my area is selling Samsung GALAXY Note for 2293rm, is that a good reasonable price? where else can i find a more cheaper ones in MY?

Neo V is a bad choice.

If you want to get an SE phone, go for Arc/Neo/Arc S.

But they're quite highly priced and the specs aren't impressive. If you're getting a phone for practical usage, go for a Galaxy W. If you're buying for the elegance of the design, Arc S should be okay.

Besides from the price which is extremely attractive, the specs are a downgrade from the Neo. Also, This specific lower end line of Xperia phones are known to have flimsy buttons and below average build quality.

It's a good choice for a budget user but if your budget is not limited I would recommend you go for other brands/higher end ones.

Hmmm.. Are new phones as easy to customize as older phones? What is this custom ROM stuff? I really love MIUI interface but some new phones still have to wait to get it.. Can I use something else to make it look like MIUI?

Guys, need some recommendation here.
1. Brand = Any
2. Budget = RM600
3. Specs = Best spec in RM600 price range
4. What you need in the phone = No idea

now i'm thinking of buying new phone since my phone which is SE Z520 got problem
i like samsung galaxy S2 and note, but can;t decide which one to buy
my friend said that, since i'm new to android i should buy simple android phone like samsung galaxy ace, galaxy wonder.

Go for the Galaxy Note if you like it.

The new batch of S2's are not recommended due to the downclocked internal and firmware issues.

I agree with your friend though. You might not like android but if you're sure you do, then you can go for a Galaxy Note/Nexus or any high end devices.

I do recommend you increase your budget to at least RM900 to get a Nexus S though. Its worth it.

If u want to buy S2 better try to find non G version(1st batch)..but hard to get new SME set right now

galaxy ace got gorilla glass,wifi, hotspot.. etc good choice in the range.

You better try first before deciding. Who knows, maybe you're iOS kind of guy. Better be sure before spending 2k on Note and then trying iPhone 4S and falling in love with it.

Whatever phone you choose, it's certainly not going to last 6 years. Phones these days are a lot more sophisticated and fragile

After compare, Galaxy Ace seem is a good choice under RM700. Any opinion?

I am also looking for android phone. budget rm700++ . Main requirement is big screen, not gamer, nice camera and the phone not too small since im quite big size haha.. Planned to get maxis samsung google nexus S rm 799 but out of stock so fast.

Any suggestion?
