IMO go for the transformer if you're getting the dock. Without the dock i think the iconia better cause it has a proper usb port on the tablet itself. Both have pretty similar hardware so performance also more or less the same. The reason people are selling off their transformer might be because of the transformer 2 which is coming soon?
